To continue to efficiently address the needs of our employees, we have taken the initiative of instituting a "local" Human Resources policy that rests on three basic tenets: rewarding projects, a high level of training and engaged management.

For you, this means:

This upward trend in the skill level of our teams demands special attention to training.  So in 2008, we devoted the equivalent of 4% of payroll to training for S&H employees.
- Highly regular exchanges with your management: job-tracking meeting with your manager, annual performance review meeting, quarterly information meeting with all other employees working on current and future projects, and for something on the lighter side, a monthly get-together complete with open bar.

With a desire to grow in the integration of holistic enterprise solutions (PeopleSoft, etc.) and Business Intelligence, at S&H you will advance through your involvement in projects, and your commitment to quality of service, to the satisfaction of the customer and to your team!
